A COREN-registered and MNSE-certified Mechanical Engineer, he has successfully managed major EPC and O&M projects for leading operators such as SPDC, Chevron, NAOC, and ExxonMobil.
His expertise spans project execution, asset integrity management, stakeholder engagement, and HSSE leadership, with a proven ability to optimize resources and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve safe, timely, and efficient delivery.
Currently serving as Project Management Consultant/Senior Project Engineer on Seplat Energy’s Sapele Integrated Gas Plant Project, and Principal Consultant for Crona EP, Billy continues to play a key role in driving execution strategies, regulatory compliance, and interface management for critical energy infrastructure.
Having held leadership positions at Seplat Energy, Vurin Limited, Cainergy International and True Blue Energy Services, he brings a wealth of technical depth and managerial acumen.
